What is it?

The PEO centers on testing peruvian highschool students in the fields of economics, as well as embarking related subjects like finance and buisness. This competition is hold at a national level, where the top 5 competitors will go to represent Peru in the IEO –International Economic Olympiads– which are held every year.

Competition Rounds

Requierements:

• Be enrolled in a secondary-level school, middle school, high school, or baccalaureate school in Peru on the starting date of the competition.
• Be between thirteen and twenty years old by June 30th,
• Have either been born on Peruvian grounds or have been a legal Peruvian resident for at least two years prior to the starting date of the competition.
• Have an intermediate to advanced level of both written and spoken English and/or having attended an institution that teaches English as a second language for at least two years.
